The 70-300mm f/4.5-6.3 Di III RXD from Tamron is a telephoto zoom lens designed for Nikon full-frame Z-mount mirrorless cameras that performs across a diverse range of shooting styles including sports and other athletic events, wildlife, portraits among others. It offers optical performance with aberration correction that delivers high image quality. Tamron's RXD stepping motor unit provides high-speed, high-precision, and quiet operation that takes full advantage of in-camera features.

The lens features an advanced optical design with 15 elements in 10 groups, including one LD (Low Dispersion) element arranged to effectively suppress axial chromatic aberration and other distortions often seen in telephoto zoom lenses. It is fully compatible with in-camera shading, chromatic aberration, and distortion correction functions, and offers a minimum focusing distance of 31.5”, making it versatile for close-up work. The rounded seven-blade diaphragm further enhances image quality by delivering smooth, attractive bokeh.
